Leadership Team

Leanne joined the team at Toronto Private Hospital in January 2012. Leanne has 45 years’ experience working in public and private hospitals in various nursing specialties such as surgical, medical, rehabilitation, palliative care, disabilities, psycho geriatric and community health. Leanne has held leadership positions from the year 2000 such as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Clinical Nurse Consultant, Nursing Unit Manager, General and Emergency Medicine, Palliative Care and Rehabilitation, Director of Nursing and currently, Director of Clinical Services.

Leanne has a strong personal and professional commitment to the patient journey. Encouraging and enabling the medical, nursing and allied health teams to be the best they can be; competent, caring, empathetic and committed to excellent individual patient outcomes. Leanne is proud of her team at Toronto Private Hospital and what they collaboratively achieve.

Elise was appointed to the role of finance manager at Aurora Community in November 2016. Her title was changed to commercial manager in April 2018 to better reflect the nature of the role.

Prior to commencing at Aurora Healthcare Elise worked in the not-for-profit sector as a finance manager, as a chief financial officer in the for-profit sector and earlier in her career in administrative, management and academic roles at The University of Newcastle.

Elise holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
